Steve told me what was wrong and did not try to sell me new air conditioner just because my air conditioner was very old. First estimate I paid for guy said, "he had to repair panel and then motor might not work, so that would be additional fees to repair motor, so why waste thousands, just better to get a new air conditioner." Steve from Fast Response found problem, replaced parts, and fixed it, and then threw in a free thermostat that we probably broke trying to figure out what was wrong in the first place. Charged me what they quoted even though they had to replace the thermostat too. Plus paid less than the other company wanted to try and sell me before even knowing if that costly repair would even be the problem. Plus the initial consultation was FREE with Fast Response. "The patio roof had rotted in several places due to water buildup. The prior owner apparently put up the roof himself and it was not level. They removed corrugated steel and rotten plywood and facia board, and installed new materials along with a larger drip edge and seal to stop water from backing up. It was then painted and quite close to the original color. Lawrence and Brandon did a great job, they were neat, picked up, and there was not a single nail or screw left on the ground. I have since had this contractor back to do minor repairs outside and would definitely recommend them."
