"At 9 am this morning Wife discovered a serious water leak under the guest bathroom sink. Vanity and adjacent drywall was wet. Found the source of the leak. Called Lindi, Kim jumps right on it and puts us on the priority list. John arrives at 1 pm and immediately repairs the initial problem and recommended replacing a second line to insure we donâ t have any future problems! Thank you Lindi Corp, Kim and John!! "Mike from Fast Response came to my home. first thing, great guy. After Mike tested the small things, like fuse first. Would have been cheapest fix. but not. I finally decided to replace my unit. I got three estimates, $15,000 from a "big" name, $8000 and the fast response quote 0f $6500. While mike was figuring things out, we started talking about an old furnace I had in my home. I've had the gas shut off. Just needed someone to get it out of there for me. Mike said that they would take care of it. I ask how much extra? he said, none. I said ok. When all was said and done. New heat pump and an old eye sore gone. I believe they went above and beyond. But, that all being said I was told payment would be $180 a month. The payment is over $200. Not sure who to blame that one on. Bank or fast response? I would use fast Response again."

"The patio roof had rotted in several places due to water buildup. The prior owner apparently put up the roof himself and it was not level. They removed corrugated steel and rotten plywood and facia board, and installed new materials along with a larger drip edge and seal to stop water from backing up. It was then painted and quite close to the original color. Lawrence and Brandon did a great job, they were neat, picked up, and there was not a single nail or screw left on the ground. I have since had this contractor back to do minor repairs outside and would definitely recommend them."
