I found this approach very efficient and negated the need to requote the individual items. And important to us, no sense of up-selling as this was simply a "laundry room". Great design guidance from Bridges. The suggested local vendors for plumbing, paint, flooring and counter tops provided ample choices. As the project progressed, the team suggested various improvements which made perfect sense while the project was underway. Again, no sense of up-selling, but suggestions that come with experience. A great example is the ceiling lighting, the under-cabinet lighting and installation of dimmer switches. Addition input for the understair storage access resulted in a "better than expected" final result.
