The design consultant/service coordinators were very knowledgable on products and made referrals and scheduled appointments with installers. Demo and install in One-Day. Installer was very efficient and left a beautiful bath.

Had to return one shade for workmanship. It took two weeks to correct this error. I had to go in and check on this return, It was delivered to store two days earlier, instead of home, no call to pick up.

Cabinets took a bit longer than estimated which almost caused problem with our schedule. However, Home Depot staff/team herded it along and pulled it off. Install was done so quickly we couldn't believe it. Great sale pricing allowed us to do what we had been wanting for 14 years. Design personnel and Install coordinator were truly a pleasure to work with. Had our doubts about using big chain store, but it was a fabulous experience. Darren and Walt were amazing. Install team was also great. Cabinets in and absolutely no mess left behind. Countertops are AWESOME!!! Thanks Home Depot.
