"Home Pros SNV completed a major kitchen remodel for me. It included removing walls, ripping out the old kitchen, new electrical and plumbing runs, new flooring, full wall backsplash tiling and cabinets. The team is amazing: professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Matt has great resources/contractors for any unexpected problems. And I appreciated that they answered my questions and resolved any concerns. I cannot say enough positive things and I will definitely look to Home Pros SNV for my next big home project."

"Crew shows up quickly after being hired! They work fast and efficient. When we ran into remodel problems, they quickly found solutions and worked long days to get the job done!! When they did our deck it was raining and muddy, but they stayed all day and got the deck finished despite the weather. 10/10 recommend 👌"

"The man I talked to was very professional and timely. However, he explained that this particular job was beyond the scope of what their company does. I would certainly use them on another 'issue'.

Yes, many providers offer design consultations to help optimize and maximize space, functionality, and usage. It is recommended to confirm the availability of this service with your specific installer or contractor.

Yes, you can draw your own deck plans in many cases. However, you must know your local building codes and be familiar with carpentry principles. Even then, it's always best to run your plans by a professional contractor with experience building decks, whether you choose to DIY some of the build or not.

Costs depend on desk size, labor, included features like drawers or motorized height adjustments, and required wall anchoring.

You can draw your own house plans using three-dimensional modeling software, but in most cases, you’ll need an architect to draw up the final plans. Architects understand local building regulations and requirements, so their plans will be necessary for getting permits approved, and they’ll also ensure your home is structurally sound. DIY house plans can be a good place to start to help visualize your project, but you should always defer to a professional before trying to proceed with the project.

Designing a building takes 2-6 months, depending on project size, required permits, and revisions.
