"Cesar worked on my window blinds that were stuck and wouldn't move up or down. He showed me what the problem was, which helped me decide that I will replace them instead of fixing them, especially since the fix would not last since the blinds were too big and heavy for the mechanism that raises and lowers them. He removed the 2 blinds as I asked him to and I'm happy to be rid of them. I found Cesar to be very courteous, professional, prompt and helpful in educating me about the issue the blinds had.
