The entire experience with this company was great. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone needing siding work done. When I learned they also handled patio doors, I went ahead and scheduled that to be done along with the siding work. The co-owner of the company did a good job explaining the product choices.  I believe they use high quality material for siding and doors.

They were always punctual, helpful with advice, and kept me informed about when they'd be out to do the work. They cleaned up the yard before leaving each day. As it turned out, they were able to get to my job ahead of schedule.  So, the work got done about 2 weeks before their original estimated start date.  I was glad to get the work done before the season changes toward bad weather.

I would not have found this company had it not been for their involvement with Angie's List. I appreciate the guidance, because this was an expensive project and I really had no idea what company to choose to do it until I saw Beautiful Homes Nevada's ranking. So, thank you very much, Angie!  :-)

"Eric did a great job while giving me my quote. He was very knowledgeable and found some issues with my siding that I hadnt noticed yet. He showed me the product that DaBella was offering and the differences in other siding materials. He worked very hard to make the siding replacement quote affordable and fit all of our needs. "The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"A pipe was leaking inside the wall between the master bathroom and the outside. There was serious water damage to the studs and the wood just fell apart when you touched it. Todd with Reno Renovators came to the rescue! Todd recommended that we remove as much of the siding and insulation before the work started to let it air out and to save money. Once the crew got on the job, it was done within two days. Todd walked us through the whole process, which is nice for first-time homeowners, and his crew did a fantastic job.

My only criticism is that once the initial meeting took place, we didn't hear from him for some time. We understood that we were next on the list after they finished another job, but we didn't hear from him for a couple of weeks. A phone call would have been nice to reassure us that we weren't forgotten."
