"Purchased a new heater 3 years ago, the heater is no longer working they came out said it needed two new parts. This happened on Sunday 11/9. We were told the parts would be here 11/10. That was not the case. When we called they said they would not be here till 11/15. The parts finally arrived and guess what the heater is still not fixed. They stated another part is needed. They said that they would be back 11/18. They did not come back. heater is still not working, and from what we are being told they may not be able to fix it till 11/22. This is ridiculous. It's a new heater we should not have issues like this and the service has been less then par. It's freezing temps have ranged from 18-50 out side. Worst company to work with. Extremely disappointing!! Having to run space heaters to keep from freezing so the power bill will be very expensive. They should be paying for all this extra expense. On top of it we had to purchase the space heaters to just get by. What a joke."

Work was done to a high standard and all phases "flew" through inspections with no remedial work needed. Plumbing and HVAC are currently being completed, I'll review the slab work when finished. Once management reviewed the issues, they agreed to fix the issues in a timely manner. Then, we received no contact for several weeks until I left a message with their answering service. Then, the following day, they drained my pool and had someone come out to start fixing areas that were not an issue. My pool set empty for over a month while they tried to fix the issues, finally I decided my pool needed to have water in it before more issues I am not happy with repairs of my NEW POOL and now we have additional issues from what they tried to fix. I am a firm believer in repeat business, and this is my 2nd pool with Anthony & Sylvan Pool. My first home pool was awesome, but this has been nothing but poor project managing. And we look forward to the contractor board investigation and would highly recommend that you consider not using Anthony & Sylvan Pools for your new pool needs."
