I didn’t argue with the guy but I called the company afterward and left a message. They called me back saying it was miscommunication and they would send the guy back out. We made a second appointment time; the same guy came back out and put the sealant on. The grout was cleaned better than we expected. I appreciated that they finished the job as listed and I was very happy with their work."
