"Melissa is a no nonsense service provider. She showed up ONTIME and didnt monkey around buy went straight to work. I probably delayed her more because I was asking questions to get to know her. She was friendly and polite but didnt skip a beat all the time we were talking. VERY knowledgeable regarding her trade. She cleaned upholstery that I was quoted over 100.00 from a professional furniture cleaner. She git spots out of the carpet that the professional steam cleaning service couldn't. Lets just say I knew where there was "hidden" dirt and when I checked, it was clean. I mean WOW! Then when I asked her how much I owed her she hesitated...I.thought , ok, here it comes. Well she quoted me a number less than her original quote because I asked her not to clean my office which is the dumping ground for everything I am working on. Can you imagine? Smart. Diligent.
