We had a large amount of tile work including floors, back slash, and a brand new tile shower. Everything was completed and looks great. Brianna was so easy to work with and helped us coordinate everything so well. Great and easy company to work with. Our entire house look amazing

Installer did a good job on placing the flooring. I think he was too rushed to get the job done alone. The product floor is very nice. I am pleased with it!

I love the flooring; it is beautiful. This was installer's first home install (had worked commercial). He did a very good job. I thought that the edging would have been done after the install. I really thought the installer was being rushed.

Very.I have changed my review a little due to lack of response to my phone calls. I have a little issue with the installation and called them regarding the issue but no response to my phone calls. I am very frustrated since I am trying to put my room back and not able too until I hear from someone. They seem to be very professional and experienced and installers were great however I was under the impression someone would be overlooking the work and no one did. There was a young lady that was here when the workers arrived and returned after work was compled. She just looked at work from one area and picked up check and had me sign paper, gave me cleaner and left. Like I said the others seem very professional and experienced d.

Carpet could have been been payed tighter

Did not do a job worth $3000. Messed up my walls and tried to patch paint which is horrible. Cut in the transition between bedroom and bathroom. The owner/manager said she would call me to confirm the job was good before processing my check. She never called and processed the check. That's unprofessional.

Not having to wait 4 months for installation was wonderful. Our job was done from first contact to completion in less than a week. Not only did the installer do an excellent job installing our floor, he was very polite, clean and professional. Well worth the money.

I can’t say enough about this company. Prompt, friendly, installer was exceptional and professional. Our floor was completed in a timely manner and looks wonderful. I would most definitely recommend Floor Covering International to anyone needing their flooring done. They also included a bottle of spray on floor cleaner when the job was completed.
