"I was extremely pleased with every aspect of my experience with Best Ways Cleaning Service. I have a 2500 sq ft, two-story house, but a number of my windows are at a third-story level. No problem. Porfirio did an excellent job of cleaning all my windows--both inside and out. He also cleaned all my screens and lubed the rubber seals on the screens with Armorall. In my mind, I got way more for my money than I expected. He is a hard worker, very punctual, and very pleasant to deal with. I will definitely hire Best Way Cleaning Service when I need my windows cleaned next time."

I asked Rudolf to do something a little custom and he did exactly what I asked, as we tested the door we found that doing it the custom way I wanted wasn't as functional as I originally thought. Rudolf corrected the problem and even came back the next day to do some finishing touches at no additional cost. I was very happy with the service and our puppy is happy too! I am renting the house, and Matt discovered one of the devices was not active when changing the battery, so he activated it. There was a mix-up with the appointment time. Originally, I was told 8:30 am on Friday. When nobody showed up, I called. Matt apologized for the error (he had put it in his schedule for Monday), and rescheduled the work for later Friday afternoon, since he had already begun work on another job. The new time worked out better for me anyway. Later, he phoned to let me know he was on his way.
