"I was extremely pleased with every aspect of my experience with Best Ways Cleaning Service. I have a 2500 sq ft, two-story house, but a number of my windows are at a third-story level. No problem. Porfirio did an excellent job of cleaning all my windows--both inside and out. He also cleaned all my screens and lubed the rubber seals on the screens with Armorall. In my mind, I got way more for my money than I expected. He is a hard worker, very punctual, and very pleasant to deal with. I will definitely hire Best Way Cleaning Service when I need my windows cleaned next time."
"Excellent experience. If you need iron work done, this is the company to do it. Fast, courteous, professional, polite, on-time with reasonable prices. Will use again!"
"Prompt service (same day in my case) very professional system with excellent results. Also, great communication with the scheduling gal on the phone. All in all, a great shop to do business with!"

"Victor and his staff did a great job. He offered good advice relative to paint colors and where we could save money. Victor also followed up to touch up a few minor spots which had been missed. He is knowledgeable, professional and a really nice man. I highly recommend him."
"It was a wonderful experience. I had buyers who closed on a home and needed a deep clean done Jose it was very quick on response and getting it set up. I will definitely recommend him and his company again! I could’ve been more pleased with their work. We have decided to hire them on on a continual basis for this property."
"A few weeks ago a friend recommended the services of this company, I made an appointment for them to come to my house and do a deep cleaning including my carpet, it was incredible when I found out that they offer sterilization services with UV-C lighting and spray with Electrostatic service too, I have decided to do all the service to have my house completely sterilized and clean, the results were incredible, they gave me a free trial with the ATP instrument after agreeing with the complete services and they showed me the results from before and after cleaning it, I was amazed with the final results making me realize how clean and disinfected got my home . Great job guys thanks, I highly recommend it."
"They were punctual and provided me with a written bid. I didn't use them because I need to save more money for painting services. I liked their service. "
Sandblasting Services questions, answered by experts
Sanding and pressure washing serve different purposes in deck maintenance, so one is not necessarily better than the other. Pressure washing is ideal for annual cleaning to remove dirt, grime, mold, and mildew. Sanding is a deeper restoration method used to smooth rough surfaces, remove an old finish, and prepare the wood for a new coat of stain or paint. The ideal process for refinishing a deck is to first clean it (with a power washer), then sand it, and finally apply the new stain or finish. While cleaning should be done annually, sanding and staining are typically needed only every one to three years.
Your pro will most likely bill you at an hourly rate of $50 to $80 per hour to sandblast a door due to its small size. This type of job won't take long, so if you have other surfaces that need cleaning, schedule those tasks at the same time to get your money's worth from your pro's visit.
Because these two systems have different applications, there is no definitive answer to which is better. When working with sturdy materials, sandblasting is cheaper and faster, but more delicate projects require soda blasting. Before choosing either option, consider your specific needs, particularly your ultimate goal (cleaning, removing rust, prepping for painting, etc.), the material, and your budget.
Sand is a common sublayer for hardscape features like driveways, paver patios, and more. Most projects that involve sand require a 1-inch layer to promote evenness, drainage, and weight distribution. For further drainage, most projects have a 6-inch minimum layer of gravel beneath the sand.
If you’re DIYing the project, it could take up to a week if you aren’t able to dedicate full-time hours. If you hire a professional and they arrive with a team, expect your stairs to be sanded in as little as 2 hours (for simple projects). Finishing the stairs takes a while longer as there are drying and sealing times to consider, but the actual work will take much less time than the sanding portion.
