"They were great at getting rid of the wrinkles and bubbles in my carpet. They were meticulous and knowledgeable. The only problems was the seams. Out of the 3 cuts they made, 1 is perfect, the other two not meshing together. I consider a good professional company is one that would follow-up a week later with a call back and not for me to call them with a complaint."
