"Our lennox unit was not turning on.  Bruce found that it was a bad circuit board.  After installing the new board, technical difficulties turned out.  Either it was a bad board and it burned out, whatever the situation with the new board, another one had to be ordered. 
The only thing that was a concern was the time it took for the second circuit board to come in.  After a few days without heat, it was early March still in the 30's, Bruce got the part in, it was installed.  For our inconvenience on waiting for the part Bruce gave us a filter he normally installs his customers and he also cut out the airflow channel which he noticed was originally made too small for the unit we had.  After he performed his work we noticed a big difference with the blower, it was not as loud as before, and the circulation of the air in the house was better.  It was actually surprising that after all these years it has not worked as well and the blower was not as loud.  Bruce made good on his work, I recommend his company, and would use him again.  I am thinking of calling him every season for our PM.
