"Has a water main break behind building and it was flooding. I called 9 other plumbers and they all said "I know you have an emergency but I have nobody to send to you. We can get there in a week or so." of course that wasn't going to work. Art came and worked into the night even though he was busy too. He got me all taken care of and stopped our flood. Good job guys. Price was fair too!
