GBO2 Residential Contractor , Subcontract all commercial jobs. We service Gallup, New Mexico and the Cibola county areas. The number of employees depends on the size of the job, most of the time its me and my helper. My billing procedures is first we write up a proposal, the cost of materials, labor, cost of permits and anything that will help complete the job. We both have to agree and sign. I usually take half of the payment down to start unless we both come to trust each other. The other half is paid at the end, when job is completed.

Also, when he was painting trim, he recognized that water had been leaking behind the wood, damaging the wood, but not the inside of the house. He figured out how to stop that. He has suggested another plan to prevent water from getting into the garage which we'll do when budget allows.
I can't think of any other details right now, but I hesitated to recommend him here because I don't want him to get too busy to rescue us the next time!
