"This cleaning service was performed on a rental property. The last tenant violated the lease agreement by having a large pet dog. The pet dog was allowed to run free inside the home. The tenant left without attempting to clean any of the filth or repair any damage her unauthorized pet caused. He quoted prices of various services offered. The interior repairs were completed, and Amarillo Steam Team was called to complete the final touches to return the property to a rental state. Rolando and Tanner were the Amarillo Steam Team members who started and completed the job. They conducted themselves very professionally and answered every question asked. Areas needing more attention because of the filth left by the former tenant and her dog did not slow them down. They never let up until they were 100% complete. Everything turned out better than expected and we are very comfortable with the decision to allow Amarillo Steam Team to solve the flooring issue. The end result was better than expected. "Jill provided two different floor plans for us, and was very flexible, as far as working the option of piano into the room.  She responded to several follow-up questions I had, and provided suggestions for where to locate resources.  Jill was very easy to work with, and very accommodating. However, I found the process of working with a "virtual designer" to be a bit challenging for me.  That was definitely no fault of Jill's, thought.  I would use her again, particularly if I needed help with planning a room layout.

"When I called them, they told me that they couldn't make 2 trips to my house because it cut into the cost (although I told them  I wasn't sure what I needed to fix up my deck). When they got to my house, they told me that I needed to go to Lowes and buy the sealant.  They told me what to buy and how much. I had to leave them alone in my house while I went to pick it up. They put in some screws while I was gone and then painted the deck with the sealant. I guess I would have done it myself and saved a lot of money if I would have known what my deck needed.  The deck hadn't been cleaned prior to the sealant but I only had them for the one afternoon and so I  had to have them do it then. The job itself was done OK.  I learned that if I do something like this again, I will make sure that I know exactly what I need and have the right materials and see what's involved in the labor.  Actually, I will just do it myself and save the money.
