"They are friendly, efficient, and all-around wonderful! We have hired them many times to do a variety of work around our house, and we've recommended them to family and friends. They are by far the best people we have hired to help us with our home repair needs."

"We needed someone to install tile around the bathtub at an apartment unit we own. Joey at 2 Daughters Handyman came to the rescue. He quoted us a fair price based on what we could see. However, once he started the work other complications were discovered such as mold behind the existing wall. Joey and his crew were able to take care of each issue and charged us a fair amount for the extra work performed. We were very impressed with his willingness to get the job done in a timely manner. He even went to two or three places on his own to find the tile we wanted. We will definitely use 2 Daughters again and would recommend them to anyone needing his services.

"When I made the appointment and during a followup call I emphasized that we had tall ceilings and a 10ft ladder would be required.  The man that was sent showed up with a 6ft ladder and a old weather warn table that I be leave was unsafe.  The worker was friendly and responsive but he was very slow, in part due to not having the right equipment and in part related to his taking cell phone calls on this hourly pay job.

"We hired 66 Services to install 2 large solar lights and also to remove an old electrical line on an air conditioner. They did an excellent job. Both gentlemen were very professional and knowledgeable. We will call them for future services."

"My experience was great! They got started early and were done with the house roof around 5 pm. Then back the next day for the garage which took only around 4 hours. The crew were kind and courteous. They walked all around the house cleaning anything that came off of the roof while they were working. I also had a very easy time connecting and communicating with the general contractor/owner of the company Naomi Martinez. Thank you everyone who helped fix my roof!"

Playground Equipment questions, answered by experts

Rubber mulch is widely considered the best material to place under a playset. This material option provides more cushioning than traditional wood mulch for added protection, remains cooler than sand and most other materials in direct sunlight, and it’s low maintenance. Rubber mulch is slightly more expensive than other common options at $120 per cubic yard on average, whereas pine bark mulch is $30 per cubic yard. But when it comes to your children’s safety, the investment is worthwhile. Consult your playground equipment installation company about material recommendations before starting this project.

Yes! It’s always a good idea to anchor your playset. Even though they’re heavy, it doesn’t take much wind to blow one over. Anchoring everything to the ground makes it a lot safer for your kiddos.

Whether building a playground or installing a pre-made one is more affordable depends on the materials of each. In most cases, it’s more affordable to build a wooden playground than it is to buy one and have it professionally installed, but it might be less expensive to invest in a pre-made plastic playground, even if you pay a professional to install it. Wooden playgrounds tend to last longer, but as children age, they will become less valuable. Overall, it may be most affordable to have a pro install a pre-made plastic playground.

Children can become interested in playset activities as young as two years old, and many start to lose interest between ages nine and 12. Backyard playsets can grow and adapt as the children age and playtime interests change.

Wood, metal, and plastic are common materials. Choose based on durability, aesthetics, and maintenance needs.
