Lionel is a superb builder as well as an honest businessman. We hired Lionel for a significant construction job on our existing home. Lionel laid out the job in detail, provided a thorough estimate, and came in on budget. Based on that excellent experience, we had him build us a cabin in the mountains. Lionel was an exemplary contractor, laying out the project, establishing both fix prices and allowances based on the component of the job, and stuck to these prices without the shifty add-ons that you get from many contractors. His workmanship is superb, and he has a network of subcontractors who also performed at a high level. He ensured that his workers and subs kept the job site clean and completed the work to his exacting standards, even if that required additional work. Finally, he worked with my wife and me to make sure the finished product would exceed our expectations. In the case of our cabin, there was no mystery about the budget, and no surprises - the cabin came in on budget as well. "The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"I LOVE my house and never want to leave it! It's so beautiful! They did an AWESOME job! I would definitely hire them again and recommend them!"

"The concrete driveway at my home was about 40 years old and had been breaking up for the last decade or so. I knew I had to replace it but I was concerned that doing so would damage the sewer and gas lines that run under the driveway. Then I noticed that Mountain Side was doing some of my neighbors drives so I spoke to them about my concerns. They assured me they could do the work without disturbing the underground utilities. They removed the old concrete WITHOUT using a jackhammer. Safer on the utilities and quieter. I then stress tested my sewer line by filling 2 bath tubs and started them draining them, at the same time I flushed 3 toilets and turned on every faucet in the house. No backup. They then put down some rebar (the old drive did not have rebar) and poured the new drive the next day. I now have a new attractive driveway that my granddaughters can use as a canvas for their chalk art. COST: I checked several other contractors and Mountain Side was on the low side of the average. WORKMANSHIP: Excellent Practically a work of art. CREW: Professional and courteous. They knew what they were supposed to do and did it. NEATNESS: Excellent All construction debris was removed and landscaping on the side of the drive replaced neatly. OVERALL IMPRESSION: Very pleased with the outcome."

•  Ramon Acosta showed up on time for the appointment to lay out the the floor plan and had his men there at the house ready to work within 2 days. We wanted special made cabinets for the bathroom and Ramon brought us a cabinet designer to our home to work out the details! The workers were punctual and cleaned up their mess after each day of work. The remodel was finished on schedule. I plan on remodeling the kitchen and I will be calling D & R Services for that project as well!

"Francisco has been a professional and has earned my business to build my new home in Santa Fe County. He clearly understands his busines.We have not yet broken ground, but he has gone to great lengths to meet with me according to my schedule since I don't yet live in Santa Fe. The house plans were made according to my requests to build the home I want. This is a rare characteristic for Santa Fe builders. The costs are according to my budget. He even met with me 3 times over the Labor day holiday, understanding I have to travel a long way and have a very tight work schedule. I'll update this review after the home is completed Gary E."
