"I like them a lot. They put it together in may and then in September I had somebody come and shut it down for me; but it wasn’t Reliable tech, but it was somebody else. They were very thorough. There was a slide problem when they hooked it up but they came back and took care of it very quickly. But there was something that was leaking off the roof and they came in and fixed up very quickly. I just like them; I find very trustworthy and just really nice. Onetime the boss came out, I think it was the owner of the company, to set up or take down my front cooler the year before. But I really liked him, he is a young man, he is very energetic and passionate. If I ever did install a new heating system I would called them first."

"They were way beyond my expectations. Although we have a small home, we were treated as though we were owners of a large commercial company from the very beginning of the process. We were provided a written and very concise estimate. After approval, they conducted pre-construction meetings, and final project completion meeting and a walk though.
