"I contacted Pedro directly on Tuesday to request an appointment for Friday. Thursday I was contacted by the office to confirm my address and set the time. Pedro arrived promptly at the scheduled time and provided a cost estimate. He told me the workers would be back in about two hours. I heard the workers outside exactly two hours later and went outside to watch them.
