Louis was very friendly on the phone and convinced me to use his service since I was hesitant since I live 3 hours away. The people he contracted out for my job he had found from Craigslist! I told him I had a 10 foot table that was very heavy and it took 4 men to move it before. Two men showed up in a regular truck- no moving supplies! They dropped the table and broke it in several places. I sent pictures and complained to Louis and he assured me that he would right the wrong! He did nothing but lie after lie! Don’t use this company!!! He subcontracts the work. He doesn’t follow through with promises made!

Hired them to haul some buildings. Had us to sign a contract and pay deposit for a service they never did. Did not show for the job and now will not refund deposit. Ignoring phone calls ans text messages to get money back. Will be filing a lawsuit against the business for breach of contract along with loss of buildings, contents of buildings, attorney fees and deposit. Angi recommended. Will not recommend or hire again. Beware fraud company.

Moving is stressful, and I am so blessed to find a company that was more family to me. I appreciate the time, patience and understanding of my stress. They outlined next steps with compassion.
