Like, 100k or materials. We were out there with them almost every day watching and helping their “crew”, so we know that was bogus. We went to court with them and everything. Generally speaking, stain is a better option for concrete because it soaks into the surface and won’t get worn away like a topical paint will. Painting concrete increases the risk that moisture will get trapped beneath the top layer of paint, which wears concrete down over time. So long as you know how to prep concrete for staining, you'll maintain its strength after you finish your project.

Concrete walkways cost around $1,800 for 200 square feet. At an average width of 3 feet, that price will likely cover a walkway that’s around 65 feet long. This price is also for walkways that are 4 inches thick. If you need thicker concrete to support vehicle traffic, you will pay more. This price includes the cost of the concrete itself, as well as the cost for delivery and installation.

Concrete dries faster in the heat than in the cold, but when concrete cures too fast, it can cause weak concrete.
