These conditions were in the fine print of the deal, which I stupidly did not read before the purchase. I feel the ad should state $55 for 1 hour computer tune up, and that additional hours may be necessary. My husband was satisfied with the work completed. I feel the original ad is misleading. I will never buy a deal in the future that sounds too good to be true without reading the fine print! It was not the serviceman's fault I did not read the fine print; of course it was my fault for taking the ad at face value.
