When work becomes to hard they complain about the work they normally do. If they are tired because they try to do to many houses in one day your service will be compromised.

I enjoyed the previous cleaner, Brenda P., but she was unaccountably changed to another cleaner. I didn't receive any notice, and none of the other cleaners who were scheduled ever showed up. I am getting very frustrated with this service. My house has not been cleaned for a month now. I want Brenda P. to return. â ¹ï¸

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER.HER MAID sprayed an acidic cleaner on a $1500.00 stove.I called immediately and the lady named ROSIE said she would replace the stove,I have confirmed text messages and photos,RUN FROM THEM IT WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

I was very pleased with my clean. The ladies worked steadily and asked about specific cleaning chores. I have already referred this company to one of my neighbors.

RETURNED MY PHONE CALL WITHIN 30 SECONDS OF MY REQUEST FOR A BID. NO OTHER CONTRACTOR CALLED ME BACK THOUGH I CALLED SEVERAL TIMES. WENT OVER AND ABOVE WHAT WAS EXPECTED TO BRING MY HOME UP TO STANDARDS OF WHAT WAS LACKING FROM PREVIOUS SERVICE. I'VE HIRED THEM FOR BI-WEEKLY SERVICE SO TIME WILL TELL SO FAR, SO GOOD ITS NICE NOT HAVING MY HOUSE TORN UP AND IN DISARRAY FOR 6-7 HOURS EVERY OTHER WEEK.

MB Cleaning Service are my heroes! They helped me when I was in a panic over getting ready for unexpected guests. They sympathized with my dilemma and fit me in the very next day. The employees did everything I asked and were very professional and thorough. I was proud of how my house looked when my guests arrived! I will most definitely hire them again.

I am glad to have hired M B I will be keeping them as my housekeeper. They understand the job and they do a good job of cleaning.

We only met to arrange what cleaning services that I need once month. I was very impressed with their knowledge of what services I might find helpful and I'm looking forward to receiving their services later this month. As a care giver, I need help to get some of the areas of our home cleaned that I never have the time or ability to get done. I felt sure that I will receive quality cleaning from Rosie Balderas and her assistant, Lily. I',m sure they will provide outstanding cleaning services in our home.

Although they were prompt in the original appointment and bid, they failed to meet the actual appointment for cleaning. I had to call and remind them. The owner admitted he forgot to tell his worker about the appointment. The second appointment was met and the cleaning job was very good.
