"Jose did a 50-yard-long cement walkway varying from 4 to 8 feet wide and then installed brick on top. He also did some drainage work that ended up a being a bigger job than we planned due to slope & elevation. He is a licensed general contractor and has a hard-working team he works with including his father who has been in the cement business for many years. They have the large digging & dirt moving equipment needed for the work. Jose was open and flexible with changes I wanted to make along the way. I am happy with my walkway and the drainage work and would use Triple MMM Construction again."

"Contractor keep appointment (even though there were 2 or 3 calls expressing confusion about time and day); installed the drywall and cleaned the area.   The drywall installation was not smooth and when textured looked amateurish at best.  Before I could paint I had to sand several areas and apply canned texture-not the most professional look but time was a factor.  the next time the wall is painted will require extensive prep work to make it look professional.
Good things: appointment keep; work was done as explained; no extra charges.
Not so good: Technician was not a drywall guy.

Our job entailed going from bare sand to cement patio with decorative rocks and gravel, planting of native plants, irrigation, turf installation and a flagstone walk. "Eric contacted me immediately after I submitted a request for a quote. He came the next day to give me an estimate to remove a tree. He offered an excellent price. In talking with him I learned that his crew also does concrete work. He gave me a very reasonable estimate for that also. They came the next day and removed the tree. As soon as we received HOA approval they returned and poured the concrete. They did a great job for a fair price. We highly recommend Eric and his team."
