"I called another company 1st, They told my aging mother that my furnace was too old and no parts were made for it anymore. They wanted to sell me a new furnace (only the 1 brand they sold). Not only that, they wanted to rewire my new water heater for another $350! They told my mother that my house could blow up any minute! Obviously they were trying to take advantage of an old woman. I then called PHC, who over the phone could tell me they were happy to work on my older furnace and parts were no problem. The owner himself came out to do the estimate and showed me the problem. Just a thermocouple. I really appreciated that he took time to explain and show me the problem. He sent a very nice worker out the next day and they were happy to work around my work schedule. The woman who works on the phone is a bit stuffy, but overall I was hugely satisfied. When I had the thermocouple replaced 6 years before by a different company and it cost 15 dollars more!"

They weren't the least expensive but James Rooks left us with a great impression of his abilities and knowledge of delivering a quality product. James kept us advised of slight changes in the scheduled work due to weather and answered any questions we had about the process in a very timely manner. Once the project started the crew arrived on time every day and completed each step, from prepping the property to the finished coat in a timely manner. They kept the area neat and cleaned up after themselves. The finished product is beautiful. The attention to detail is apparent, no errant color splashes, all fixtures reinstalled properly. The workers were polite, respectful, friendly, and very conscientious. You will pay for this. But we found it more than worth the difference. After watching our job, the neighbor across the street has hired them for a complete stucco job and also new windows. (If your windows are within shouting distance of needing replacement, do these just ahead of the stucco job.)"
