"I contacted Mike by phone and he was available to do the tune up. Before we started, he advised me of the steps he was going to take to complete the tune up. It was going to take about 40 minutes to one hour to complete. A virus was found at which time he called me to ask me if i wanted it removed because it would involve about two more hours (if i remember correctly). He also advised me that he capped his charges so even though he worked a few hours more than expected, the final charge was well worth it. Mike was very patient with answering my questions and offered very helpful suggestions. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone who needed help with their computer."

"I had an issue with my computer where it was opening lots of pop ups, ad bars, and windows with ads for games. I had tried several different programs to try to remove it with no luck. I finally decided to call North Alabama Technical Service to see if I he could help. I was expecting to set up a time for him to look at it but he connected to my computer immediately and within an hour had it fixed and running perfect again. Great service at a great price and I didn't even have to disconnect it and carry it somewhere! Would call again if I have another issue I can't resolve myself."

"The scheduling and price quote via phone had problems. I called to change the scheduled date over 24 hours in advance but they did not tell the installer, who then showed up one day early. Also, although I told them that I had a 60” TV, I was quoted the price for a smaller TV. This had to be corrected when the tech arrived. The tech was prompt, professional, flexible, and friendly. Did a great job."
