They arrived promptly. They worked professionally and safely. They cleaned up well after themselves. I thought the price was competitive with other companies.

Arrived on time and work was efficiently and quickly completed with minimum disruptions. The work described above was done very well and they did a wonderful job matching the shingles. I would have given them an "A" except for two problems. First, they left small amounts of debris in my gutters and around the house (one gutter backed up from the debris). The workers and the supervisor did not inspect their work upon completion. I inspected from inside the attic and found a new hole (size of a large nail) they had created and missed. Only noticed it because of the light. I called the supervisor, who was extremely courteous and sent the crew right back. They fixed the hole and there have been no leaks. However, if I hadn't found it myself, there would have been serious leakage from the rains that came the following week. I will use them again. Best quote I've ever received for home repair, best price and good work. But, watch them closely and have them inspect the work site and job with you after completion.

I called and they came out to put the gutters on. We had some problems with conficting schedules, but it was no big deal because I did not take off work to be there.

They did what they said they were going to do and they did it professionally, and they did not leave a mess and I would recommend them and hire them again.

Excellent. The estimator Jonathan came shortly after I made the first call. He gave a detailed and fair estimate. He also gave good advice on gutter screens for the gutters particularly vulnerable to leaf accumulation. The workmen came as scheduled the next week, and did the work competently and efficiently. We are very pleased with the result.

I initially contacted my home owners insurance & the adjuster determined repairs were necessary on 9-4-07. I contacted numerous roofing contractors using Angie's List. Most were not interested in roofing repairs & several don't provide free estimates for repairs. Several contractors informed me the whole roof should be replaced. Finally, with the help of Conor from Angie's List, I called Mike's Roofing on 10-24-07. Jonathan Terrazas looked at the roof on 10-25-07, an estimate was provided & I was told the job would be scheduled. On 11-7-07 the job was scheduled for 11-19-07. On 11-9-07 I was contacted about a scheduling change & the job was moved up to 11-12-07. David Apol & 2 workers arrived early on 11-12 & the job was completed within 3 hrs. All debris was removed & they even trimmed a couple of branches. Employees Joanna Vargas, Jonathan Terrazas & David Apol are great assets to the company. Even though I feel the price was high, I am very satisfied.

They replaced the flashing, shingles, and rubber tubing around the base of the pipes. The flashing/shingles were installed properly to prevent any leaks. They even made a great match on the replacement shingles. They arrived on time, were very courteous, and wasted no time getting the work done. They also sealed a couple of areas that were showing cracks without charging extra. They completely cleaned up and made sure we were pleased with the work. I'm very impressed with Mike's Roofing and will have them back out to do future work.

I searched Angie's List and selected a couple of companies to get estimates. From the first contact, I was impressed with Mike's Roofing professionalism. An appointment was made to inspect the roof and make an estimate. Because of weather and some business travel, we finally set up a time for the work to be done. The crew was professional and did a fantastic job in removing the old roofing and installing the new. They cleaned up and the job overall is excellent. I will call them again when it is time to install the rain gutter. Highly recommend.

Mike's Roofing responded quickly in an emergency situation. They behaved very professionally regarding the situation we had. They were very fast and gave me an estimate on what needed to be done. They were right on time too.

Because of all the rain in San Antonio, it took about three weeks before they could come out and fix the leak. They called me at work out of the blue (I was giving up hope and thought they were like another roofer who promised to fix it and never called me back) and asked if they could come out. They fixed the leak in about two hours time. Very clean and picked up their mess at the end.

We had a hiccup with our original estimate. The representative never showed despite my calls confirming the appointment the day before and the morning of. We got this sorted out and a manager, Eddie, showed up and profusely apologized that the assigned employee had dropped the ball. The estimate was professional and the 10% "May discount" hooked me. The product itself is very good. Seamless, installed efficiently and timely, it looks good and met my expectations. No mess afterwards. When I wrote an e-mail expressing concern about the location of a particular downspout, a representative was by that very day and re directed the concerning spout to my satisfaction. All in all a smooth, satisfying transaction.
