Radiator sprung a leak about 2:00 in the afternoon. Waited over an hour for a tow truck to get it to them but they still had it fixed for me before they closed for the day. However, they performed several high priced repairs on a few of my vehicles to what I felt were sub-par standards. They also charged me more than discussed on one large repair (oh -- that didn't include *this* cost...) which I wasn't thrilled about, but wasn't in much of a position to argue over. The last straw was a repair they did on my truck that didn't fix the actual problem and left me stranded on a Sunday in Santa Fe. Luckily, the owner of Band G Automotive on Cerrillos in Santa Fe happened to be in, catching up on some work. He fixed me up in no time and got me on my way with a smile and no charge. Needless to say, Band G is now my auto shop and Spears has lost my business.

PDR was recommended by a Body Shop (Bavarian): Gene Mitchell with PDR responded and came to my location to perform the repair (not something he normally does). He quoted a fair price ($90) and did the work in about 20 minutes. He did great work - looks like it never happened. I would certainly recommend him and use him for future work. He is located in Marietta, and may be able to do on-site repair work near there. It is worth calling Gene, as he may save you a good bit over what a Body Shop would charge."},"url":"https://www.angi.com/companylist/us/ga/marietta/paintless-dent-repair-reviews-4523034.htm"},"position":9}]}

I now have a flashing leak on the woodstove that did not leak before. Bo Braswell will not respond to repeated requests made over the last 396 days! No returned calls. No responses to texts. Messages left at all contacts. No response!

FAQs for basement leak repair projects in Ranchos De Taos, NM
The cost to finish a basement is $18,400 for the average homeowner. However, this cost could be as little as $2,800 or as much as $34,500, depending on the basement size and the materials needed. If your basement is already outfitted with electrical and plumbing, expect the cost to fall on the lower end.
For example, the drywall cost for this project averages around $1,750, but other features, like hiring a plumber, cost between $45 and $200 per hour.
The cost to remodel a basement is between $12,100 and $33,400 for the average homeowner. The price you pay can be as little as $3,500 or as much as $50,200, depending on the size and condition of your basement and the type of remodel you're doing.
If you're doing a simple project like adding a home office to your basement, you can expect to pay anywhere from $500 to $3,000. However, if you're adding a bathroom, which is an extensive project, you can expect to pay between $6,600 to $16,500.
Damp proofing and waterproofing are both methods to help keep your basement dry. Damp proofing keeps soil moisture from entering your basement, which is helpful since your basement is underground. Waterproofing, however, keeps both soil moisture and liquid water out of the basement, which is essential, especially if you live in a wet environment. Because it’s more protective, waterproofing typically costs more than damp proofing.
Although homeowners often use the terms basement remodeling and basement finishing interchangeably, they are quite different terms.
Finishing a basement is the process of taking a basement space that is not habitable and adding elements to make it usable. This includes adding plumbing, flooring, and insulation.
Remodeling a basement means taking an already existing finished basement and changing it, often by adding or removing walls, adding plumbing, or changing the existing flooring.
The cost of basement waterproofing is $4,950 for the average homeowner. However, you could end up paying between $600 and $14,000, depending on factors like basement size, waterproofing method, and the region you live in.
If you live in an area with heavy rainfall, you might be paying more for waterproofing than if you lived somewhere drier since waterproofing contractors would be in high demand. Likewise, a 500-foot basement costs between $2,500and $5,000 to waterproof, but that price rises significantly for a larger basement.
