The quality of the work was good in the end. James was having some staffing issues that drove delays and return visits to fix issues, but he never balked at doing the job right. For the wood under the portal where we wanted to maintain stain, he did a beautiful job of matching the wood and making the filled areas look natural. Bill is extremely reliable, meticulous in his cleanup, and fairly priced. Our next door neighbors saw Bill's work and hired him for their project."
