The quality of the work was good in the end. James was having some staffing issues that drove delays and return visits to fix issues, but he never balked at doing the job right. Bill is extremely reliable, meticulous in his cleanup, and fairly priced. Our next door neighbors saw Bill's work and hired him for their project."
