Instead of replacing what was damaged like the homeowner was told would happen. The crew left and my call was never returned. UPDATE I only heard back after a I placed my original 1 star review which I placed after a week of holding off. However once they reached out they did fix the problem in a timely manner. It seemed like the issue was with the crew that came out originally and Mr Catanach seemed upset with how things turned out."
