The subs were only concerned with doing the fastest, cheapest job they could do (classic example is on the plumbing rework, the plumber substituted PEX for copper and the former isn't rated for the latter job)."

Cortney and Kalub were very profesional in their presentation. I agreed to the estimate and the job was started ahead of schedule. There were some minor phone comunication problems and dumpster removal issues but the company and contractor made timely adjustments and the job was completed quickly and professionaly. We ended up replacing 90% of the decking but it did not delay the project. The materials, venting design and workmenship are top quality and am very statified with my new roof."
