My experience with alarm companies is that many employ bottom of the barrel fly by night installers. I wanted competence and trustworthy people in my home. I was very impressed with the owners team. The young men who did our install were very professional and knowledgeable. In addition, Southwest has a tech leader who understands house network systems so they were able to do both projects (alarm and network repair). Having someone on the team who understands networks actually allows them to perform complicated alarm set-ups and develop solutions if problems arise. I highly recommend Southwest Security. "I had an issue with my computer where it was opening lots of pop ups, ad bars, and windows with ads for games. I had tried several different programs to try to remove it with no luck. I finally decided to call North Alabama Technical Service to see if I he could help. I was expecting to set up a time for him to look at it but he connected to my computer immediately and within an hour had it fixed and running perfect again. Great service at a great price and I didn't even have to disconnect it and carry it somewhere! Would call again if I have another issue I can't resolve myself."

"The scheduling and price quote via phone had problems. I called to change the scheduled date over 24 hours in advance but they did not tell the installer, who then showed up one day early. Also, although I told them that I had a 60” TV, I was quoted the price for a smaller TV. This had to be corrected when the tech arrived. The tech was prompt, professional, flexible, and friendly. Did a great job."

"It went fine.  Though the tech that came was unable to assist with bringing Netflix up on my TV.  The original dates of service was Wednesday, June 17th and I had to contact vendor because tech did not show. Appointment was rescheduled to the 18th.

"All the providers have gotten expensive but less than comcast which is the absolute worst. Dish is very good service. Great picture. Responsive service people.
The only con is their on-demand for tv programs. It's lossy. Really bad.
