"Only reason I gave a 4.5 was not because of any lack of craftsmanship. the 4.5 was due to the scheduling. When a scheduled time was supposed to been met, it wasn't. This was for one instance only. I get it, things happen and come up but let the customer know. That it itself is in no way a bad reflection on the quality of work. I got 5 bids and went with Stoneworx. I could have gone with someone else. NO company is perfect, as you as homeowners know. I would use them again and have referred friends and family. The product and the install went smooth. very nice and able to explain and answer questions and concerns. Thank you Will for the countertops."

"Our new tub finish is irregular, bumpy, and has spots in it. During his estimate Ralph said how he would fix the irregular grout line around our tub. He did not do what he said and the grout line around the tub looks horrible. I would go with the other guy if I ever need another tub worked on.

"We had a prior meeting to review what was involved in preparation (moving furniture and other objects) for the cleaning of the tile and grout. On the 17 April 17 Eric showed up and started the grout cleaning and completed the job in about 4 hours. The grout had not been cleaned for 10 years and was nearly black. He did a great job, the grout lines were a light gray again and tile look like new. He sealed the grout lines and left the space clean. Eric was very careful working around the furniture we were not able to move. It was a real joy to hire someone who is so professional and pleasant. The whole experience was excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend Avalanche Cleaning to anyone."

"We had them come out and install laminate wood flooring for us. They didn't seem to have much knowledge in laminate flooring and ruined a few of the pieces. Also they took off our door frames, had they read the instructions, they wouldn't have had to do so. When they put our door frames back, they left it so messy and caulk was everywhere (even on our new flooring) that we had to sand it down and repaint everything. Although they were friendly, I would not recommend them.

We also had the back splash redone as well with a different design and tiles we liked rather than better than what was offered from the builder They did good work and easy to work with."
