"I am very pleased with the service and equipment. Patrick was prompt, did the work quickly and cleaned up afterward. His price was very reasonable and he has called to check on the system and make sure I am satisfied. I know he will be there right away if I have any problems. I had no experience with choosing a system for an older house in Santa Fe. There is no ductwork. It was heated with a wood stove. The mini split system has given me three zones in the house where I can control the heat or cooling separately. This is perfect for me because I don't have to heat or cool areas that I am not using."

"Great experience. Harmond W diagnosed the issue within the first 10 minutes of our interactive video session. He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

"Our refrigerator/freezer broke right before an event we were hosting at our home. My husband and I did not want to purchase a new one so we found Edwards Appliance Repair to help fix the issue. "It was the best experience I have ever had in working with someone off of home advisor or angies list. The recliner took him about 5 minues to assemble. I just needed someone to put the back of the recliner onto the base. He not only did that but made sure it worked as it is a powef recliner. After that he didn't even charge me! It didn't take long so he didn't feel right in charging me. He was very nice, wore a mask and had the knowledge to take care of the job quickly. I will be using him in the future for anything I need. I suggest you have your services performed by him also. You won't be sorry!"

"Great! Mario took the cover off the boiler and went work inspecting and cleaning several items. He performed tests that included combustion efficiency to insure correct boiler operation. He then test the various zones separately and together, He then inspected the outside vents to be sure they were functioning correctly."

"Our radiant heating system is 18 years old. We have used 3 different companies in the fall and the spring to come out and turn the system on and off. Since October the pressure has been low and we noticed the system was failing. We consulted with one of the previous contractors after we noticed the heat was not coming on, although the pilot light remained on. After a few weeks, the system failed again. I googled radiant heat specialists and noticed that Albuquerque Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling had a repair service, specifically, for radiant heating systems. Tanner and Kevin came out, diagnosed the problem, and gave us an estimate of the cost to repair. The next morning they replaced the pressure tank and the pressure relief valve, tightened up leaking boiler pipes, removed the air pockets from the radiant floor pipes, and moved the pressure tank closer to the ceiling. They showed us what to look for on the gauges, what pressure to maintain when the boiler is on and off, how to determine if the boiler pump isnâ t working. We have every confidence these specialists know what they are doing and how to maintain our system. We definitely plan to use this service in the future for all of our plumbing, heating, and cooling needs!"
