He demonstrated great care for my home throughout the entire process, even cleaning under the toilet prior to installing the new one. "This was for a fairly major bathroom remodel. First time I have used them. Highly satisfied overall. The only issue I had was that the Proj Mgr and Proj Coordinator apprently left the company in the middle of my job, which I was not informed of., and which caused some project delay. Will probably use them again if I have another major remodeling job."
