Steve showed up when promised, provided an estimate, made suggestions for additional work that would save money in the future, and ways to save money on the project with less expensive options.  We went through several revisions of the project and Steve provided documentation at each step.  Work began on schedule and all of the subcontractors he used, with the exception of one, the roofer, were very professional, explained their work, answered every question and completed their work, with zero call backs.  The Roofer was a different story, they started on time, but they did not return as they should have, or with the proper amount of workers, and equipment.  There were several issues with the quality of the work that they performed, I expressed my concerns to Steve, and he made sure that the roofers made all of the needed trips back (four) to get the work completed satisfactorily.  Steve was there almost every day that his subs were performing work, to make sure that things were going according to plan.
