"They cleaned my large rug thoroughly and within the time quoted. I highly recommend them."

"Prompt and friendly customer service. My clean floors are a Wow. We bought a 5 year old house that had never had professional cleaning. Floors were scary dirty. Now we know what floors are supposed to look like. Thanks to Jonathan and crew for job well done. We will call them again."

"James Jaramillo, Owner and Operator is a true professional. Our carpeting and laminate flooring were long overdue for a good cleaning. James got them looking like new again. I couldn't be happier with the job he did. When I asked him if he would please go over some areas that dried a bit smudge; James was very cordial and didn't show any signs of resentment. I can't express what that means to me He went over them and made sure that I was a happy customer. Thank you ABQ PRIME Residential & Commercial Cleaning. I am completely satisfied!"

"I asked Juan to re-tile a large area destroyed by a slab leak repair. He was prompt and courteous; did a beautiful job; and left the area immaculately clean. I would highly recommend this company!"

"The stain that was used for the shower floor stuck to the tile more than the team had expected. I guess it wasn?t the type of tile they initially thought it was. They came back the following day and took some extra time finishing and cleaning it but the stain didn?t all come up from the tile and there are white spots of residual stain throughout. Kinda hard to tell unless you look close though at least. Was very bummed that the tech dumped the unused stain water onto the recently resurfaced street. Our neighbors aren?t going to be happy with us over that. The pictures attached are after the team came back and said they worked on removing the stain. Paid full price. Took care of the issues with the shower but overall, not the most professional job and wouldn?t hire again."

"I was so embarrassed to have company because my tile looked so terrible and Eric came highly recommended from a friend and Iâ m soooo happy with the results and the affordable cost! This is my 3rd go around with him cleaning carpet/tile. Great professionallism and quality of work. HIGHLY RECOMMEND him!"

"This is a family run business. They arrived on time and were great to work with, cleaning my bathroom of all evidence of hard water and even the glass on the shower door looks new. They worked really hard for hours in a confined space during the hot weather. They missed a couple of tiny spots and came back the next day to fix them. Highly recommended!"

"We had the area cleaned to be ready. Mr. Eric was rather professional, polite and courteous. Came in at the appointed time, completed the job, and was paid promptly, The job included cleaning up some pretty dirty areas on commonly used locations. Very well done! Thanks. The cleaning work was on two floors, systematically from the farthest place within the house upstairs to the front door. The whole area dried out overnight."

"Prompt, polite, thorough. Cleaned up afterwards and the floors (tile and laminate) look great. Not sure if I got the most reasonable price, as I hired James upon receiving his quote and his immediate availability."
