Several of the ones that I spoke to mentioned that it was usually used as a coating over a leaking roof, but not as a main roof material. I tried to do some research on-line, but I couldn't find enough information to feel comfortable with having them do my roof with it. They did offer a price that was about 60% of a traditional tar-and-gravel flat roof job."

When the inspector signed off on the job, he stated that it was a first-class installation. I love my new roof. We call Jose first for every job around our home.
