"I found my refrigerator had stopped running overnight, on a Saturday, of course. I called Al's and spoke to a REAL PERSON right away! They said that they wouldn't be able to get anyone out until Monday, and were apologetic about that fact--which they had NO need to do, at all. I thought their response time was great!! At any rate, Marc came on Monday morning, as promised. He ran a few tests and said that he would be back on Tuesday afternoon because he couldn't confirm, for sure, that the compressor was burnt out. He returned on Tuesday, as promised and as scheduled, and informed me that the news was bad. The refrigerator had to be replaced. He offered me wonderful advice on brands and types, wished me well with my search for a new fridge, and offered to come back to provide repairs on any of my other appliances. I can't say how pleasant it was to deal with Marc. He was not only professional and personable, but I immensely appreciated his honesty and advice, and his willingness to assure that my issue was resolved--even if it required a second trip! I enthusiastically recommend Al's for appliance repair. They are awesome!!"

I made an appointment with Duct Worx. They showed up early (they called first). As soon as they pulled out the dryer, they called me in to see it. They told me they could still do it if I wanted, but the vent goes right out the side of my wall! They lowered the price, so I asked them to go ahead since they already had the dryer pulled out. Good thing I did. When he went to put the METAL plate back on the outlet, it sparked. He informed me there shouldn't have been a metal plate there, so he threw it out for me. They also told me where the dryer should be positioned in order to avoid hitting the gas outlet. They were honest, friendly, professional, and I don't have a single complaint. I will, of course, do it myself from now on, but I will call them to check out my a/c ductwork in the future."
