Get matched with top home inspectors in Ilfeld, NM

"Great company to hire for an inspection. Not only do you get the inspection but you get their warranties and conscierge service for just the price of the inspection. Not only that Lynn conducts a thorough inspection and letâ s you know how to fix, preventive maintenance, and makes it a fun experience while doing so. Iâ d say this is the best place to go for peace of mind when buying a home."

"Tommy is personable, professional, knowledgeable and very thorough and detail oriented. He is a very good communicator, beat me to the location and had already introduced himself to the realtor and homeowner, and was beginning the inspection. The scope and detail of the report was well beyond my expectations. It was also designed well and was very easy for me to understand and focus on the various levels of importance. The photos were all clearly captioned with arrows provided. I couldnâ t be more satisfied with my home inspection."

"The representative was easy to communicate with and gave me all the information I needed to ensure my home was safe from mold and toxins."

"When I was looking for a mold inspector in Santa Fe, Eric Tillson was by far the most professional of any I spoke to. By professional I mean he spent a great deal of time talking with me without trying to sell himself. I was interested in a particular mold test called an ERMI test and though it was not one he used himself, he took the time to research it and explained in depth how his method of testing could be combined with the ERMI to give me the information I needed. Do not be fooled by the fact that his company is new -- he has been in the business for a very long time and is extremely knowledgeable. Last but not least, Eric is a very kind man. I was extremely anxious about the mold in a house I rented and he could not have been more understanding and compassionate. Incidentally, he also does thorough cleaning of homes after (or before) remediation. I will definitely be hiring him to do that for me in the near future."

"The process was easy, and pricing options were provided up fromt. They gave clear instructions about what they needed for the appraisal. They provided an appraisal quickly, with a nice turn around time. I would call this company again next I need an appraisal."

"Shawn was responsive, professional, knowledgeable and honest. He inspected our home, and told us with integrity that no more inspection was needed - it was not a mold problem. He offered alternative solutions and problem-solving ideas. Thank you!"

"We are still in the budgeting phase and have not contacted yet however Scott Hughes of Groundwork’s was a great resource. He provided detailed information on the issues and how they would resolve them for us."

"Very useful and explained things in terms I could understand. Did not do anything that was not approved until he spoke to us. When the report was back from analysis, it was explained so we could understand it."
