Very Satisficed with the work with great price they cleaned up after they were done . A retired Gen contractor I know good work and this is it.

This company responded to my request for immediate assistance installing some smart switches as I had run out of time to complete the work. He was very responsive. The technician told me he had experience installing smart switches. He did not. He was there for 4 hours of which I spent 2 of them explaining how each should be installed. He DID determine that there were two circuits in the junction box, which I would have been unable to figure out, but beyond that, there was no value in the $400 service call - I had to pull everything apart and do it over the next day. He installed a switch where a dimmer was supposed to be and since it was a three-gang box, I had to remove the other devices and put the whole thing back together. That was another two hours of my time. So basically, I spent $400 to teach an electrician about smart switches. This technician has many decades of experience, but he is not ready for the future - at least not without training. More importantly, he should not claim that he has certain skills and experience when he does not. The only reason I am giving him 4 stars on customer service is that he responded quickly and then returned the next day when he said he would finish the job.
