"The service went very well. They worked me into their schedule and were at my home within 45 minutes of calling. Very professional and personable service. I'm not a plumbing expert (I can do the small stuff) but what I see looks very well done. They had to go get some parts as my new heater was taller than the old one, but even that was a short delay.
