The trash was left in each trash can, I don’t believe all the wood floors were polished, and there was still dog hair in the rugs after vacuuming. I am spoiled with an regular cleaner that is very detail oriented so I do take that into consideration. It also didn’t help that cleaner was a hour late. I would rate her a 6."
