Advanced American Construction Inc.From the beginning we met George, the owner of Advanced American, and he was courteous and up front about the challenges we faced with this extensive renovation. This is a vacation home and we expressed to George how important it was for us to be able to trust his team to work on unsupervised other than occasional inspections. We felt comfortable with George and his honest assessments and decided to move forward with the project. He is the kind of contractor that will tell you from the beginning how much something will cost and not surprise you later with charges for things that were more complex than expected. He is very frank about what is required and how much it will cost in order to do a quality job. He does not cut corners and would rather not perform the work than do subpar work that will lead to issues in the future. He won't sugar coat the difficulty of the work needed and will not draw you in with a low ball quote only to double it on the backend. He is very knowledgeable home construction overall and his team can really take on almost anything. George always picks up his phone or returns calls as soon as possible. We left many valuable items in the home and ordered many things to be received by his team and not one item went missing or was damaged in the home. He stands behind the work and with minimal supervision completed the project and met all of our expectations. We would highly recommend his services and are thankful for the time and effort put forth by his team.- VIctor A.

Ruidoso ServicesGreg was amazing. We bought a vacation house and live 9 hours away. We had a very long list of things that needed to be done. We gave Greg the key to the house and he worked nonstop for weeks. Every day he would send pictures of the work he had done. He knocked out an entire list before we got there and then worked with me for days getting moved in. I honestly could not have done it without him. I am so grateful we found someone honest who never said he couldn't do something I needed done and he did a great job. They knocked a tree down , chipped concrete all up , destroy our yard , tore the gravel up. Upon leaving , they left dirt of gravel all over the street, we have to go out to clean up their mess . He overcharged us for 8 hours for 2 men . It's actually for one man for 1 hour and other man work for 5 hours only.

Mike and Micah are gifted artisans. Never in our wildest dreams did we expect that we would end up with the amazingly beautiful and perfect plaster that we did! We didn't know it was possible!!!! I'm telling you... if you hire these astounding professionals you will not be disappointed!!! We had several projects in our home from a kiva fireplace, an entire bathroom remodel, pony wall in the entry and patch work in the kitchen. I cannot speak highly enough about every aspect of the job from matching the colors to perfectly smooth walls and gorgeous natural trowel marks to perfect lines and joints. I just wish I could now have them re-do my whole house!!!

On May 10, 2021 @ 11:58 I received a text setting up a date and time (May 16, 2021 @ 2:30) for them to come to my home to review everything. There was a no show, not even a text or call. Very unprofessional !

excellent - Klean Force uses an outside lab to analyze the mold & determine type which I think is important. Gary was very responsive and when they started remediation, the black mold was worse than expected. They were helpful in determining the source of the leak, which confirmed the fix we had done. The remediation was a neat as possible. I would recommend them for any testing and remediation.

We hired Busy Bees to clean our home for moving out. I let Margot know of the square footage of the home ahead of time. The initial quote was 4 hours with two people at $340. 8 hours, 3 people later, $770 price with taxes later, none of the baseboards were clean, the windows weren't cleaned, the fridge still had stains on it, and the kitchen floor was dirtier than how we initially had it (footprints that weren't cleaned up), the home wasn't swept or mopped, the windowsills weren't properly cleaned, and our kitchen rod was tossed out for some reason. When I asked why so little was done, Margot said they tried their best. They state they spent 4 hours on ONE restroom alone that wasn't even fully cleaned. They charged us for lunch break that they obviously took (there were Burger King wrappers on the floor), and we still had to pay full price.

Yeah, these people are a complete joke. After an agonizing three years to get our house built, they came out and said they used THOUSANDS of dollars of more materials than they did. Like, 100k or materials. We were out there with them almost every day watching and helping their “crew”, so we know that was bogus. We went to court with them and everything. They’re liars and crooks. Do NOT do business with them

They will promise you a day to pick up your tile then they say it’s not in Santa Fe but you can go get it in Albquerque yourself after you have payed for everything and for shipping. I do have to give credit to mark, he tryed to help. Any place is better then Coronado.

They told me it was a covered repair and to get the work done and submit invoice and they would reimburse us. We got it done and submitted the invoice. After 3 months of constant follow up they covered part of the parts charge and none of the labor. Then, following up again, they responded with, WE ARE CLOSING THE BUSINESS.
