Absolutely wonderful and professional company! The owner, Andy was extremely responsive with all communications including calls, emails and text messages. We had Sid and his team paint our house.  Not only were they professional, but the work was beyond outstanding. Sid was responsive to any concerns I had and truly listened; he made me feel that my house was just as important as his house. We had our house completely ready for them to come in and paint, so the job went smoothly and efficiently. They were more than on time in the morning. They said they would be at my house at 7am and showed up at 6:45am ready to work. The one thing I noticed was the employees were NOT on their cell phones constantly-they were there to do a job. Although we weren’t worried about the carpet since it was going to be replaced, they still didn’t get any paint on the carpet! I would recommend Andy’s painting to anyone and we will be hiring them to paint the outside of our house next!

I hired Andy to paint my house in May.  His team was to paint the house from ceilings to baseboards.  First problem, Andy would not disclose to me when his team would be at my house.  On Angie?s list his schedule states ?by appointment only.?  As I tried to get ahold of him the Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday by phone and e-mail (the weekend before the house was supposed to be painted) and never heard back from him, his team showed up on Monday morning without notice at 7:00AM. I turned them away. Finally, I heard back from Andy later Monday morning and rescheduled Tuesday morning.  I spoke with his foreman on Tuesday morning and asked him if he needed me to go through the house and review the color choices with him, his foreman told me that he had everything written down and it was not necessary.  When I came back to look at the house the next morning, the house was painted incorrectly.  Andy?s team had reversed colors and painted 2 rooms and the foyer the wrong color.  During the end of week, I again e-mailed Andy to find out if his team would be there over the weekend.  He did not respond to this e-mail even though his team was there over the weekend.  Team left dirty rag which was stuck to my floor, I found on Sunday night.  I also found that his team cracked a mirror while in the house and hung it back on the wall and did not say anything to me.   I e-mailed Andy three times asking him to get back to me regarding replacing it.  He finally e-mailed me back stating I could deduct it from the final bill. His team also did other damage to my home which I will not put in this review (too aggravating to write all of it at this point).   I found out when looking in the closets that his team did not paint the back of the closet doors in two of the bedrooms and did not complete the closet in the master bedroom. I paid extra to have the team fix a hole (the drywall and texture in the garage).  The team just filled it with spackle.  I e-mailed Andy regarding these issues and he said they would fix them but he has yet to attempt to schedule a time with me to finish the contracted work that I hired him for.  Andy never was on site the entire time the project was going on at my house.  In my opinion, Andy is slow to respond to concerns and lacks integrity in addressing damage that his team causes.  I will never use or recommend his company again.  I am truly disgusted with this company.
