"We paid a lot of money for very sub par cleaning for our residential move in cleaning. We gave a priority list to the cleaners that was not even close to being met. Website says deep clean but all we got was a very very basic wipe down. Appliances were not touched and still are very dirty. Walls that were listed in the priority list were probably wiped down once and not scrubbed. Please save yourself a lot of money and just clean your own place of residence. Postive note: Cleaners were very friendly"

"I spoke with Dave on the phone, and he sent Shawn out to inspect. Both were courteous and professional. Shawn listened carefully to my description of the problem odor and when it happened. He checked walls for moisture and other indications of possible mold. Although he did not think there was mold based on his examination, I opted for air samples to make sure. The initial evaluation was free - cost was for the air samples and analysis. Analysis of the samples in the lab showed that there was not a mold problem. Shawn helped me troubleshoot for other possible sources of the problem."

A floor polisher won’t remove scratches from a wood floor, but the polish can fill in surface scratches and make them all but invisible. If you run your fingernail gently over the scratch and it doesn’t catch, chances are that the polish will hide it. Additionally, a carpenter or other professional that’s installing shoe molding might also give you a deal on installing crown molding and replacing other trim if you get them done at the same time.
