However, several voids in the stucco appeared after a few months. Lorenzo and his son claimed their work was perfect and the voids were due to "stains by pollen". No amount of cleaning has removed the "stains", so their claim is wrong. They have refused to repair the spotty stucco coverage. I DO NOT recommend Casitas Plaster Company!"

"For the initial consultation Mr. Varela arrived on time. He took time to listen to the whole story about my roof and the failed attempts to fix a leak I had going directly into my kitchen. The main priority was established to fix the leak in the roof before anymore damage was done. Later the metal roof was installed and I am very pleased with my new roof! Mr. Varela and his crew are all very professional and very courteous. The workers always asked permission to access areas where this was a gate and when finished you couldn't find a scrap anywhere. "Very disappointing experience with this company. Took more than two hours and were not able to complete a job which a competent local company did in an hour. Scheduling and phone communications were a disaster to get a followup visit. They tried to charge me $270 for a few feet of wire and some keys. I found out from honest repairmen that one of the keys was unneeded and the other could be had online for $17! They did not ever answer my request for a breakdown on the bid. Unresponsive and incompetent. Over charged and under served!"
