"I contacted Dave and informed him of the need for mold remediation at my home. He had someone come out quickly to ***** the mold and provided me development of an estimate. We had an another assessment before Dave, and I was very impressed not only with GotMoldUSA estimate but their knowledge. Dave explained the mold remediation process in detail. By professional I mean he spent a great deal of time talking with me without trying to sell himself. I was interested in a particular mold test called an ERMI test and though it was not one he used himself, he took the time to research it and explained in depth how his method of testing could be combined with the ERMI to give me the information I needed. Do not be fooled by the fact that his company is new -- he has been in the business for a very long time and is extremely knowledgeable. Last but not least, Eric is a very kind man. I was extremely anxious about the mold in a house I rented and he could not have been more understanding and compassionate.
